Frequently Asked Questions:

After you have signed your DocuSign document, you can check the status of request by signing into your DocuSign Account.  Click Here to Sign In

If your reimbursement was declined by Shriver Business office due to reason listed in the email, please correct them and resubmit your reimbursement. DO NOT start a new reimbursement. It will be declined.
You can clink on the following link to put in a RT ticket. UMBC login required.
